I'm Matthew Cockerill. I founded Faster Not Easier after decades leading design and innovation projects with global brands and leading consultancies across Europe, the US and Asia.

We specialise in the messy inflection point where frontier technology needs to become product - before execution briefs are written, when there's strategic ambiguity around new capabilities.

For complex challenges, we work with seasoned experts across behavioural science, research, user experience, film making and industrial design.

With deep experience in smart spaces (smart home, ambient computing), augmenting humans (smart glasses, XR), and embodied AI (robotics, autonomous systems).

We are currently working with several global technology companies making frontier AI capabilities valuable in physical environments.
